If you book a game or buy a voucher, our booking provider Resova collects your name, contact details and payment information so we can confirm and run your session. If you email or send a message through the site, we use the details you give us to reply.

Who we share data with

Bookings and payments are processed by Resova on our behalf. We do not sell your details. We only share information where we must (for example to process a booking, or if the law requires it).

How long we keep it

We keep booking and enquiry details for as long as we need them to run the business, deal with questions, and meet legal or accounting requirements, then we delete them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or in some cases delete it or restrict how we use it. To do that, email us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
